Inavation Awards Technology categories
Entry window: 1st September – 2nd October, 2026
Entry fee: £370 per entry
The Technology Awards recognise products and solutions advancing professional AV. Categories cover the full technology chain, from audio, displays and collaboration to signal distribution, control, software, and events technology.
Choose the category that best reflects your technology’s primary purpose. The same product may be entered into more than one category, but each requires a separate submission and entry fee. If you are unsure of category to enter, please contact inavationawards@imlgroup.co.uk
Why enter?
An Inavation Technology Award puts your product in front of AV professionals worldwide and provides independent recognition of its innovation, performance and real-world value.
A strong entry should clearly explain what the technology does, why it was developed, what makes it different and how it benefits designers, integrators and users. Support your claims with evidence, results and customer feedback wherever possible.
How winners are chosen
An international judging panel reviews the entries and selects the finalists. The winners are then decided through a public vote by Inavate readers.
As part of your entry, you will provide a concise Product Pitch that will be published to help voters understand and assess your technology.
Read the Technology Awards entry guidelines before selecting your category and preparing your submission.
